Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through animation. You'll create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, social media content, and visual assets that capture attention and communicate messages effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Create explainer videos, promotional videos, social media reels, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative strategists to develop compelling visual content.
- Translate storyboards and concepts into polished animations.
- Add typography, transitions, visual effects, and sound synchronization where needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation,



or a related field (robust portfolios from talented freelancers are also welcome).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software.
- Knowledge of video editing and color grading.
- Experience working with brand identities and marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
