Role Description
The Preschool Teacher role at Best Group is a part-time, on-site position based in Thane. The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.



Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, implementing curriculum activities, observing and documenting children’s progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality early education. The role also involves regular communication with families to share updates on children’s development and to address questions or concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-age children
- Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development aligned with early learning standards
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues in a explicit, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner
- Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
