Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through acquisition of new customers for current accounts.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential targets for expansion into recent markets or product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and their applications.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers or growing existing relationships.
