JOB TITLE:Sales Executive-Telecaller

DEPARTMENT:Sales & Business Development

LOCATION:Anand, Gujarat

REPORTS TO:Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Sales Executive-Telecaller is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities. The role involves regular communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to understand their requirements and promote the company’s products and services. The position plays an important role in building customer relationships, maintaining lead databases,



and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
- Manage relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Track orders and provide status updates to customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings.
- Gather customer feedback and identify repeat business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with solid communication in English and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sales will be preferred.
