Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Project Business Analyst role based in Kochi.



The Project Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for FinTech and ESG-related solutions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting the design and implementation of technology solutions. The role involves coordinating with project managers, solution architects, and development teams, preparing project documentation, and supporting testing, validation, and user training activities. The Project Business Analyst will also contribute to reporting and presentations, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and recommendations.
