Enterprise Program Manager Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team in a large account by driving technical excellence, people development, and business growth. This is a leadership role requiring a solid balance of hands-on technical expertise, stakeholder management, hiring, delivery governance, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of automation engineers, collaborate closely with Recruiting, Staffing, HR, Compensation, and Delivery teams to build a high-performing practice, and represent the practice in customer discussions, solutioning, and pre-sales activities when required.

Roles & Responsibilities





Practice & Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, technical leads, and solution architects.
- Define and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and architecture for enterprise automation initiatives.
- Drive innovation through reusable components, frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled automation.
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry trends.

Talent & People Development
- Partner with Recruiting and Staffing teams to identify, interview, and hire top automation talent.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.
- Mentor team members through coaching, technical guidance, and career development.
- Drive technical upskilling and certification initiatives across the practice.
