Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, original, and audience-focused content for the organization's digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop content for social media posts, reels, videos, stories, campaigns, announcements, events, achievements, and admission-focused initiatives to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage the organization's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar, determining what to post, when to post, the appropriate platform and format, and the communication approach based on audience preferences and organizational objectives.
- Ensure all content, creatives, captions, campaigns, and digital communication are aligned with the organization's brand guidelines, tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Research industry trends, educational topics, competitor content, audience interests,



social media trends, and emerging formats to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, admissions, academic, HR, and other internal teams to develop impactful content and integrated digital campaigns.
- Assist in scripting videos, reels, webinars, promotional campaigns, and other digital communication initiatives.
- Proofread, edit, and optimize content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, readability, SEO alignment, and adherence to digital marketing best practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, impressions, views, and other relevant metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance content performance and audience reach.
