Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory In-Charge to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across industrial segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial sales and a strong understanding of the electrical, automation, or power distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire current customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, panel builders, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through regular customer visits and market development activities.
- Drive consultant approvals and product specifications for key projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagement sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order execution, and customer support.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:
- Electrical Panels
- Modular Enclosures
- Switchgear
- Industrial Automation
- Power Distribution
- Electrical Equipment or Allied Industries
