Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kalkaji, Recent Delhi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, approaching potential exhibitors and sponsors, managing client relationships and driving revenue for exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences and corporate events.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales and negotiation skills,



along with the ability to confidently interact with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, partners and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, referrals and industry databases.
- Promote exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities and event participation plans.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable exhibition or sponsorship packages.
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations and event-related information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and event-specific sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations and design teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
