Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews.
- Conduct exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees by coordinating with HR team.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employee onboarding, joining, and exit processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and other departments.
