Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, building solid client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving property sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, events, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
- Present residential, commercial, or plotted development projects to potential customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans,



and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
