Key Responsibilities
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the dealer network.
- Promote the company's products and increase market coverage.
- Collect orders, follow up on payments, and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate (preferred).
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
