About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Site Incharge to manage day-to-day fitout operations across our commercial office, retail/F&B;, and residential projects in Thane. You will be the primary point of accountability in office — ensuring work is executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site fitout activities including civil, false ceiling, drylining, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination
- Prepare and track daily progress reports; flag delays and risks to the Project Manager promptly
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labour to ensure smooth execution and uninterrupted workflow
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications; raise RFIs when required
- Monitor material delivery schedules; coordinate with the procurement team to avoid site stoppages
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure all workers adhere to PPE and safety protocols




- Conduct quality checks at each stage — snag, inspect, and get client/consultant sign-offs
- Maintain site documentation: daily diary, material inspection records, labour attendance, and work completion records
- Liaise with the client representative/PMC on-site for day-to-day approvals and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fitout site execution (commercial, retail, or residential)
- Hands-on knowledge of fitout trades: false ceiling (gypsum/grid), drylining, flooring, carpentry/joinery, painting, glazing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Proficient in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site records
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
