Qualification
- B. Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Architecture / Construction Management or related discipline)
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) – Mandatory

Position Summary

Business Development Manager should drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding MODULI's presence across multiple industry segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, education, government, and institutional sectors to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and revenue targets while building a solid sales pipeline through market intelligence, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate business through architects, consultants, EPC contractors, PMCs, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners, while identifying emerging market trends and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, project heads, consultants, procurement teams, and key decision-makers by understanding customer requirements and offering customized modular construction solutions.
- Lead customer presentations, techno-commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and successfully close high-value projects.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Estimation, Manufacturing, and Project Execution teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and seamless project execution from enquiry to handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business
