Role Summary:

As a Customer Success & Key Accounts Manager, you will own the post-sales journey for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing customer lifetime value.

What You’ll Own:

✅ Own the end-to-end customer success lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

✅ Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.

✅ Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success using the LoRRI platform.

✅ Lead contract renewals and retention initiatives while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

✅ Monitor customer health, proactively manage risks,



and ensure high customer satisfaction.

✅ Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Customer Onboarding & Adoption

Lead customer onboarding, conduct product training sessions, and ensure customers successfully adopt LoRRI to achieve their business objectives.
✅ Key Account Management

Develop solid relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their operational challenges and recommending value-driven solutions.
✅ Renewals & Retention

Own account renewals, prepare renewal plans in advance, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure timely contract renewals.
✅ Customer Health & Success

Track customer usage, engagement, NPS, CSAT, and account health metrics to identify risks early and improve retention.
