Job Description - Pre DCR (Product development)

Location: NPL Devi.111, Lattice Brg Rd, Thiruvanmiyur, 7th floor Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600041
Experience : 1 - 15 years
Qualification: ITI Civil Draughtsman / Diploma / B.E. Civil / Architecture
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and check approval drawings.
Upload drawings on the PREDCR & Single Window Portal.
Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, and local bye-laws.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and authorities.
Update drawings based on approval comments.
Validate PREDCR reports before submission.
Maintain submission records and documentation.
