Senior Education Counsellor / Academic Counsellor

Experience
- 2 to 8 years in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Training Institute Sales, EdTech, or Admission Counselling.
- Candidates with a proven track record in admissions and revenue generation are preferred.

Salary
- 15,000 35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
- Attractive Performance Incentives: 2.5% to 7.5% based on monthly cash collections.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding career programs and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries.
- Generate admissions through cold calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
- Manage a team of counsellors and monitor daily performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams to maximize conversions.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and admissions conversion.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
