We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – UI/UX Design to lead the creation of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered product experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads,



and executive stakeholders to translate complex business problems into effective design solutions that align with product and business goals.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and executive stakeholders to advocate for user-centric solutions aligned with business goals.
- Apply design thinking processes to influence product roadmaps, support executive-level decisions, and develop strong design solutions.
- Lead high-level user research and usability testing, using both qualitative feedback and quantitative product analytics to measure the impact of design decisions.
- Translate ambiguous, high-level business problems into intuitive, structured, and scalable design solutions.
- Produce high-quality design outputs including flow diagrams, wireframes, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps.
