Role Description
The SAP BTP Trainer (Classroom) will deliver structured, instructor-led training sessions on SAP BTP and related modules to learners in an on-site classroom setting in Bengaluru. This contract role involves preparing and updating training materials, designing practical exercises, and conducting assessments to ensure participants gain hands-on, job-ready skills.



The trainer will explain core business processes, demonstrate system configurations, and guide learners through real-world scenarios that connect SAP functionalities with organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing classroom schedules, providing individualized support to participants, collaborating with Calxmap staff to align course content with industry standards, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the training experience.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP FICO and Materials Management, with the ability to relate these to SAP BTP concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in classroom Training, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivering engaging sessions.
- Solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to explain end-to-end workflows to diverse learners.
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles, enabling
