We're looking for an experienced MSD Support Engineer to support and maintain critical digital platforms through monitoring, incident management, change implementation, and operational support.

Location : Bangalore

Experience: Range : 7 to 10yrs

- Akamai CDN (Redirects, Cache Purge, GTM)
- Splunk ITSI Monitoring
- ServiceNow (Incident & Change Management)
- AWS S3
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support
- Ansible Playbooks
- Linux & GitHub
- ITIL Processes
- Production/Application Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage Splunk ITSI alerts.
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests in ServiceNow.
- Support Akamai configurations, redirects, and cache management.
- Handle AEM publishing, replication, and restoration activities.
- Create and maintain Ansible automation templates.
- Perform AWS S3 operational support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.

Location: Bangalore
