Job Description: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, assist clients in buying properties, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of the local real estate market and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
