WE’RE HIRING | LIGHTING DESIGN & ARCHITECT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Kelvin & Watts (KW Lighting) is looking for a technically strong and design-oriented professional to join our growing Lighting Design & Architect Relations team.

This is NOT a conventional sales role.

You will work closely with Architects, Interior Designers and Project Teams across India to help transform architectural drawings into well-planned lighting solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and understand architectural AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, RCPs and furniture layouts

• Develop and mark lighting layouts based on architectural and interior requirements

• Recommend suitable lighting applications including downlights, spotlights, magnetic tracks, linear lighting, profiles and decorative lighting

• Select appropriate wattages, beam angles, CCTs and fixture specifications

• Prepare detailed lighting BOQs and fixture schedules

• Coordinate with Architects and Interior Designers for project requirements, revisions and specifications





• Convert architectural requirements into Kelvin & Watts product solutions

• Support online and offline presentations for Architects and Designers

• Coordinate internally with sales, quotation and project teams until final specification/order

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Candidates with backgrounds in:

• Architecture

• Interior Design

• Lighting Design

• Architectural/Interior AutoCAD Design

• Lighting Application Design

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD

• Ability to understand architectural and RCP drawings

• Good Excel/BOQ preparation skills

• Basic understanding of architectural lighting

• Valuable design sense and attention to detail

• Qualified communication skills

Knowledge of DIALux, lighting calculations, smart lighting, DALI or lighting-control systems will be an added advantage.

Experience: Preferably 2–5 years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month depending on technical capability and experi
