We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Call existing customers and maintain good relationships.

* Inform customers about offers, new collections, and eye check-up camps.

* Invite customers to visit the showroom.

* Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.

* Maintain customer records and call logs.

* Provide excellent customer service over the phone.

* Coordinate with the showroom team when required.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Pleasant personality and polite phone etiquette.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred).

* Freshers are welcome.

* Prior customer service or telecalling experience is an advantage.
