Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can independently manage end-to-end tendering activities, ensuring timely and compliant submission of bids across government and e-procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete tender lifecycle including document preparation, submission timelines, and follow-ups.
- Handle tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals such as CPP and State e-Procurement platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and technical/commercial terms.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, operations, and management teams for accurate bid submission.
- Maintain tender records, documentation,



and status tracking for ongoing and submitted tenders.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in tender management.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and government tender portals.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite and tender management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
