Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address routine HR queries, and assist in resolving workplace issues in line with company policies.



They will support the implementation and updating of HR policies, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and collaborate with leadership on performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting payroll inputs, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Solid HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR processes.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
