Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering successful lead generation, e-commerce, or brand awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.




- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment.
- Generate detailed campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking for accurate performance measurement.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager.
