Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Surat Updates is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The person in this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Typical day-to-day activities involve partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs, conducting interviews, managing HR documentation and compliance, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.



The Human Resources Manager will also handle payroll coordination, leave and attendance administration, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company guidelines. This role requires working closely with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that supports the organization’s media and content objectives.
