We are looking for a dynamic, fashion-forward, and results-driven
Departmental Manager
to oversee one of our core fashion departments. You will lead a team of fashion consultants, drive daily sales targets, manage inventory levels, and ensure world-class visual merchandising standards.

Key Information

Experience Required: 3
to 4 years in fashion retail operations (minimum 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role)

Compensation (CTC)
: ₹4.40 Lakhs per annum

Reporting To
: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement**

* Drive the department’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including average basket value (ABV), conversion rates, and sales per square foot.

* Analyze sales data to identify quick-moving and slow-moving stocks, taking proactive measures to optimize sales.

**2. Team Management & Training**

* Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of fashion consultants and customer service associates.

* Conduct regular training sessions on customer handling, product knowledge, fabric care, and soft skills.

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

**3. Visual Merchandising & Stock Management**

* Ensure strict adherence to company Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, ensuring displays are fresh, clean, and commercial.

* Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimum stock availability, tracking inventory shrinkage
