We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, engagement initiatives, office administration, and overall database management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring policy adherence, and aligning HR processes with business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ✓ Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, background verification processes, and rolling out offer letters.

✓ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements to prepare the job description and ensure timely hiring.

Employee Lifecycle Management ✓ Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers. Issue all the necessary documentation related employment as per company norms.



✓ Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Track employee development progress and measure training effectiveness. HRIS & Data Management ✓ Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate employee records.

✓ Generate reports to track key HR metrics such as headcount, master database, asset management, documentation filing, office supplies report, performance report, etc.

HR Administration and Operations ✓ Oversee office maintenance, security, and housekeeping services. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Ensure a well-maintained and protected workplace environment. Employee Engagement and Grievances Handling ✓ Address and resolve employee concerns related to policies, payroll, and workplace issues. Plan and execute engagement activities such as team-building events, monthly celebrations and festive celebrations. ✓ Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to fos
