1. *Customer Interaction*:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate two-wheeler models.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, features, and benefits.

2. *Sales Process*:
- Conduct test rides for potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
- Prepare and process sales documents and contracts.
- Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries and sales prospects.

3. *Product Knowledge*:
- Stay updated on the latest TVS two-wheeler models and their features.
- Understand and explain financing options and after-sales services.

4. *Showroom Maintenance*:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Arrange and display two-wheelers and accessories attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory manager.

5. *Customer Relationship Management*:
- Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.




- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.

6. *Reporting and Documentation*:
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.

7. *Team Collaboration*:
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
