About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive / Senior MIS Executive to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, validating, and automating sales incentive calculations while delivering accurate MIS reports and dashboards.

This role requires expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data automation, and AI-powered productivity tools. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver who can understand business requirements, identify process gaps, and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Incentive files with 100% accuracy.
- Design, validate, and automate complex incentive calculations using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for Sales and Operations teams.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and business improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR,



and Leadership teams to ensure accurate incentive payouts.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
- Troubleshoot data issues and resolve reporting discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all reports and databases.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis and management reporting.
