Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating order processing, ensuring smooth customer communication, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. This role requires solid coordination, administrative, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support
- Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely product delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate returns or exchanges when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

3. Administrative Support
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.




- Schedule meetings, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
- Maintain sales documentation and records.

4. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Support forecasting and reporting activities.
- Assist management with dashboards and sales insights.

5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Share customer feedback and market intelligence with the sales team.
