We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and execute core HR functions within our manufacturing operations. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, maintain healthy employee relations, and ensure absolute adherence to manufacturing labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for shop floor and staff roles.
- HR Operations & Lifecycle: Oversee daily HR functions, database management, and structured employee onboarding.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Manage statutory compliances and cultivate positive labor relations on the shop floor.
- Talent Development: Support the annual performance management system and coordinate technical training initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:




- Proven HR experience within a manufacturing or engineering setup.
- Strong working knowledge of local Labour laws and factory regulations.
- Proficiency in handling modern HRMS platforms and data tracking.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
