Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3 years of experience in residential construction.

You will supervise daily on-site operations for a standalone residential project in Pune.

You will ensure the project finishes on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, labor, and subcontractors.
- Execution: Read and execute architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
- Quality Control: Check concrete mixes, reinforcement layouts, and finishing works.
- Material Management: Track material inventory, reduce wastage, and verify deliveries.
- Billing & Progress: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)



and verify contractor bills.
- Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and clean site conditions.
- Coordination: Liaison with project architects, structural consultants, and local vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Min. 3 years in residential building construction (RCC and finishing).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, and plastering.
- Software: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi to communicate effectively with local labor.
- Local Insight: Familiarity with Punes local material markets and construction practices.
