About the role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to generate qualified opportunities and acquire new customers across Europe. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, contract closure and account growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands international B2B technology sales and can engage confidently with senior business and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute business-development strategies for selected European markets, industries and customer segments.
- Identify organisations requiring AI development, AI consulting, cybersecurity consulting, managed security, penetration testing, compliance and related services.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT leaders, security teams, procurement professionals and business owners.
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, referrals, partnerships, events and professional networks.
- Communicate complex technical services in clear, business-focused language.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, contracting and handover.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity and forecasting information in the CRM.
- Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling.
