KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation

● Generate candidate leads through multiple hiring platforms including online and

offline channels; continuously identify and evaluate new sourcing avenues to expand

the hiring pipeline.

● Review and validate inbound candidate leads against defined criteria and assign

qualified profiles to the hiring team for further assessment.

Hiring Funnel & Operations

● Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of the hiring funnel; maintain accurate trackers,

status updates, and dashboards to ensure full visibility across stakeholders.





● Ensure all interview slots are effectively filled and that interviews are conducted

smoothly, with no operational gaps or scheduling conflicts.

● Coordinate and schedule orientation sessions for all candidates who clear interviews,

ensuring a structured and timely transition into the next stage.

● Ensure all planned training cohorts are launched as per monthly projections and

business demand, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet headcount

targets.

● Coordinate with the Trainer Resource Management team to onboard training-cleared

candidates based on active business requirements and trainer capacity needs.

● Manage end-to-end onboarding operations and finance coordination.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations;

EdTech or education sector experience is a strong advantage.

● Prior exposure to trainer, teacher, or tutor hiring pipelines is highly preferred.
