Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction and fit-out projects.
- Source and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Build and maintain an approved vendor database across civil, interiors, MEP, technology, and furniture categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, warranties, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with architecture, projects, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track material deliveries and ensure on-time availability at project sites.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.




- Evaluate vendor performance and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 58 years of procurement experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or interior fit-out projects.
- Robust understanding of BOQs, vendor negotiations, contracts, and project procurement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
