KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers for inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Handle official correspondence through email and telephone.
- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related paperwork.
- Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and logistics .
- Females will be prefered
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, or Office Administration.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in email drafting and internet applications.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- As per company working schedule.
