Chintan Environmental Research and Action Group is looking for a Manager – Human Resources to join our team in Delhi (On-site) and lead our people strategy while strengthening an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 5–8 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial/generalist role)

✔️ Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

✔️ Experience across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, payroll, and policy implementation

✔️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
