About the Role

Xencia a Saints & Masters is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand growth and comprehensive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketing professional with deep expertise across all digital channels, a proven ability to direct PR and marketing agencies, and a strong track record in orchestrating corporate branding, event management, and client outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation across all digital channels.

Agency & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR and marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on brand messaging, campaign deliverables, and media relations.

Event Management: Oversee end-to-end event management for corporate events, industry conferences,



and promotional showcases, ensuring seamless execution and high ROI.

Client Outreach Programs: Design, implement, and optimize targeted client outreach programs aimed at deepening engagement, driving retention, and building strategic client relationships.

Corporate Branding: Direct corporate branding initiatives to maintain visual and messaging consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

Corporate Communication: Manage corporate communication strategies, ensuring clear, professional messaging for stakeholders, press releases, and internal announcements.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 6 years of experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or integrated communications.

Comprehensive hands-on knowledge and strategic understanding of all digital channels.

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects, agency partnerships, and large-scale event managem
