Responsibilities
- Define and document technical requirements, workflows, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage ADO work items, backlogs, Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate across teams for requirement alignment, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
- 5+ years in Technical BA roles in software development.
- Robust ADO skills for managing requirements and Agile delivery.
- Experience with APIs, system architecture, SQL, and data validation.
- Proven Agile/Scrum expertise and cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice-to-Have:
- CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), or microservices experience.
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and industries like finance, healthcare, SaaS.
- Exposure to process automation, AI, or ML projects.
