Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Sr. HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement activities at our corporate office in PPR Mall, Jalandhar. In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting local and regional talent, ensuring seamless onboarding, maintaining workplace compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate understands the local job market, possesses excellent communication skills, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition (60%)

· Source high-quality candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), local networks, and college placements.





· Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face screenings to assess communication skills, alignment, and core technical competencies.

· Schedule and coordinate final evaluation rounds with respective department/line managers.

· Maintain an active and passive pipeline of candidates for recurring functional roles (Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations, Admin).

· Manage offer documentation, reference checks, and negotiation timelines professionally.

2. Onboarding & HR Operations (20%)

· Manage joining formalities, document collection, background verification, and workstation readiness for current hires.

· Conduct clear orientation sessions introducing company culture, productivity tools, performance timelines, and workplace rules.

· Maintain flawless daily attendance logs, leave records, and biometric/software punch-ins to prepare monthly payroll inputs.
