- Product Development & Sampling: Track order sheets, oversee sample approvals (fit, fabric, and trim), and ensure garments are produced to buyer specifications.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in preparing sales forecasts, and manage the replenishment of rapid-moving items.
- Data Analysis: Compile reports on best/worst sellers, analyze competitor pricing, and help draft seasonal trend forecasts.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise between manufacturers, designers, and buyers to ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are strictly met.
- Costing & Negotiation: Assist in calculating material consumption, estimating costs, and negotiating prices with vendors.

Requirements
- Education:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or Business.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in inventory management software and Excel, and high attention to detail.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of current fashion trends, textiles, and the retail production cycle.
