Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Part-Time Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for students, freshers, freelancers, and individuals looking to gain real-world B2B sales experience.

The company will provide leads. Your responsibility will be to connect with prospects, make cold calls, understand their requirements, qualify the leads, and update the sales tracker accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to the leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential prospects.
- Verify lead details and update the CRM/Sales Tracker.




- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team whenever required.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily call and lead reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic English communication (regional language skills are an advantage).
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
