Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Representative role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Chandigarh, India, with some flexibility for work from home. The Senior Sales Representative will manage and grow key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of spices, mixed spices, and whole spices in assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with distributors and retailers, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.



The role will also involve preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely delivery, and supporting promotional activities with the marketing team. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to build robust client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company’s strategic expansion in the region.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in FMCG, food products, or related industries.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop territory or account-level sales plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including field visits, in-person meetings, and remote reporting.
