Role Description
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at TEMS Tech Solutions will lead the overall HR strategy and operations, aligning people practices with business goals across tech, industrial, and academic consulting units. This contract role is hybrid, based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work from home.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing talent acquisition and retention, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The CHRO will manage performance management frameworks, guide leadership on workforce planning, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The role also involves advising senior management on organizational development, driving employee engagement initiatives, and implementing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
