We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele Caller cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our Australian client acquisition and lead generation efforts.

Role Overview

As a Tele Caller cum Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound calls, qualifying leads,



scheduling appointments, nurturing prospects, and supporting business development initiatives. You will play a key role in generating current business opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with international clients, and prior experience working with the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and inbound warm leads during Australian business hours.
- Introduce company services and products and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct business development calls to identify and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
