Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Handle IT recruitment for various technical positions such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, skilled networks, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
