Business Development Representative (BDR) / Senior BDR

RecVue | Hyderabad, India | Hybrid (3 days/week in office) | US Shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

RecVue-Hyderabad is looking for rockstar Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our inside sales team.

As a BDR, your implicit responsibility is to create highly effective, customized messages that connect prospective clients to RecVue's revenue management platform — in a way that not only creates value, but also sets the stage for a robust discovery conversation and a future sale.

This is a phone-first, high-activity role. If you can dial 100+ calls a day, write sharp LinkedIn and email copy, and get creative when the standard playbook isn't landing, we want to talk to you. Experience in fintech or with the Office of the CFO — billing, revenue, order-to-cash, finance ops — is a strong plus.

Your Day-to-Day

• Execute a high volume of phone calls (100+ dials/day), LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups to build pipeline within target enterprise accounts across the US market





• Introduce RecVue's platform to potential customers through strategic account research and targeted outbound outreach via cold prospecting

• Get creative — test new angles, messaging, and channels when the standard sequence stalls

• Qualify leads through real discovery conversations and set up meetings for the Sales team

• Speak credibly with CFOs, VP Finance, and Controllers about billing, revenue, and O2C pain points

• Keep Salesforce clean and current — no shortcuts on activity tracking

• Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate pipeline and extend reach into target accounts

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly metrics: calls, appointments, discovery calls, and qualified opportunities

What You Need to Be Successful

• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of high daily call volume

• Fintech background or experience selling to / wo
