JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous ETL Engineer who can be able to work independently and should able to quick learner as associate will be collaborating with many individual contributor for the multiple technology project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Create and optimize Snowflake objects (schemas, tables, views, stages) and write performant SQL for transformations and validations.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using AWS Glue (Python/PySpark) and load curated data into Snowflake.
- Build Python scripts/utilities for data processing, reconciliation, metadata-driven loads, and operational automation.
- Configure/support API integrations via Apigee (API proxies, policies, authentication, logging/monitoring) for inbound/outbound data services.
- Implement data-quality checks (record counts, null/duplicate checks, referential integrity, business rule validations) and support defect resolution.
- Perform troubleshooting across Glue jobs, Snowflake loads, and API flows; analyze logs,



identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and provide estimates and status updates.
- Follow SDLC practices: code reviews, Git-based version control, documentation, and CI/CD-friendly delivery.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors or master’s degree .

EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Production Support activities on Snowflake, Python, AWS, Glue, APIGEE.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and robust SQL skills.
- Strong Python programming/scripting skills; exposure to PySpark is a plus.
- AWS basics: S3, IAM roles/policies, CloudWatch logs/metrics; familiarity with cloud networking concepts is helpful.
- Experience developing/supporting AWS Glue jobs and handling file-based/cloud storage ingestion patterns.
